Megan Olson is the embodiment of her own personal mantra "Walk softly and carry a big stick." After a stellar rookie season, Megan shortened her mantra from the original "Walk softly and carry a big stick to hit the ball with." (Which is also tattooed on Chad's ass.) The inspiration to make the change came with the realization that the stick she's carrying is, in fact, the same stick everyone else is using, only they call it a bat. And plus it only looks big because I'm a little smaller than a lot of the guys. Sounds more poetic, too.
